Greystone Mansion really is one of the great outdoor photoshoot locations for hosting weddings and capturing wedding photos in Los Angeles. Greystone Mansion is a registered historical landmark in Beverly Hills, CA, which is one reason why it is a popular spot to visit. The outdoor public areas on the premises are the beautiful Greystone Mansion Gardens with a centrally located fountain, the pool, and the inner courtyard grounds. Also, there is no fee to park your car in the parking area on the Greystone Mansion grounds. (It is always great to get free parking in Los Angeles, because it is rare!)

Greystone Mansion Gardens

The gardens are divided into several areas, each with its own unique features that can be used for different aspects of a wedding celebration. The largest of these areas is the Formal Garden, which features a central fountain surrounded by a manicured lawn and rows of symmetrical hedges. This space can accommodate large groups of guests and is perfect for a grand ceremony.

The Formal Garden at Greystone Mansion is the outdoor location of choice for many brides and grooms to hold their wedding ceremony. The weather is usually great year round in Beverly Hills, making this outdoor venue perfect for couples who will be getting married. The beautiful fountain in the Formal Garden adds to the elegance of this outdoor space.

The Greystone Mansion Courtyard is a beautiful and versatile space that can be used for both wedding ceremonies and receptions. This space is located in the center of the mansion and features a rustic and charming atmosphere that is perfect for a romantic wedding celebration.

The courtyard is surrounded by the mansion's original walls and features a cobblestone path that leads to a small fountain in the center of the space. The courtyard is lined with lush greenery and flowering plants, providing a natural and elegant backdrop for a wedding ceremony.

For a wedding ceremony, the courtyard can be set up with chairs arranged facing the fountain in the center. The natural beauty of the space, combined with the tranquil sound of the fountain, creates a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that is perfect for exchanging vows.

After the wedding ceremony, the Greystone Mansion Courtyard can be transformed into a reception space for guests to gather for cocktail hours and the wedding reception. This outdoor courtyard is great for the wedding reception because there is plenty of space for tables and catering to get set up, and a large maximum capacity (about 225) for guests to gather. The catering company will love having so much space to set up and serve their food to the wedding guests and wedding party at the reception.

Tables can be set up around the fountain, creating an intimate and elegant dining experience. The surrounding greenery and flowering plants provide a beautiful and natural setting for a reception, creating a romantic and magical ambiance.

The Greystone Mansion Terrace overlooks the city of Los Angeles, with beautiful views of downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.

The Greystone Mansion Terrace is a large, open space that can accommodate a significant number of guests. There is ample room for seating, dining, and mingling. There may also be elegant lighting fixtures set up in order to provide a beautiful, warm glow during evening events.

For a wedding ceremony, the terrace can be set up with chairs arranged facing the beautiful views of the gardens and skyline. The natural light and fresh air create a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that is perfect for exchanging vows.

After the ceremony, the terrace can be transformed into a reception space. Tables can be set up for cocktail hour, dining, and dancing, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air while celebrating the happy couple.

An interesting fact about Greystone Mansion is that the Greystone Mansion grounds have been the movie filming venue for many movies over the years and is a popular location for filming movies, television shows, and music videos.
